4-Way Speech Contest and Essay
The 4-Way Speech Contest is a contest for high school youth to either present a speech on the Four-Way Test and have it judged by the local club. The club winner is encouraged to compete at the District level against other club winners. Most clubs offer a monetary reward to the local winners. District offers $500, $350 and a $250 award.
The District competition will be held at the Niswonger Performing Arts Center in Van Wert, on April 17th, 2010.
Applications deadline for District competition is April 6th.
